Shipping Policy

At Pilbara Cosmetic, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle processing and delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method & Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 AUD on all orders, regardless of size or weight.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post from Karratha, Western Australia.

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Below are the estimated delivery timeframes based on Australia Post guidelines from Karratha:

Western Australia (metro): 2–5 business days

Interstate (metro): 5–8 business days

Rural/Remote Areas: 7–12+ business days

Please note: delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or service disruptions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment via the Australia Post website.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We’ll investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.
